An overview of groups

With groups you can organize and easily access favorite applications or AppleScripts and quickly open, quit, show, and hide more applications at the same time. In addition to that, groups let you open applications automatically when you log in to your computer.

To add, edit, rearrange, or delete groups:

Open the Application Wizard pane in System Preferences and click Groups.

Application Wizard displays groups in the Open, Quit, and Switch menus.
